By default, we do not allow refunds of purchased Kunda Boxes. However, you may appeal this by sending a refund request to contact@kundabox.com, detailing which account you used for the purchase, the Kunda Box you wish to obtain a refund for, and a written justification as to why you'd like a refund.
We will review all refunds requests within 5 business days.
Kunda Box staff will NEVER ask you for payment information (such as private keys), nor password information, as part of our refund review process.
