All transactions on Kunda Box are Ethereum based. We use the US Dollar as a display and reference for users when making transactions, but whenever monetary exchange is done - it's done through Ethereum.
All Kunda Box sales will be deposited on the users default crypto wallet. If the user does not have a registered, valid default crypto wallet then all payments to the user will be placed on hold.
A user can view their transaction status (as well as payments on hold) by visiting their transaction history on their user profile.
A user can attempt to re-process a on hold transaction by visiting the transaction and tapping on "Re-process transaction".
Kunda Box does not guarantee that transactions can succeed, or how long it can take, due to the decentralized nature of the Ethereum block chain.
