All payments on Kunda Box are securely processed through Stripe, our official payment partner.
Kunda Box supports multiple local currencies for user purchases — for example, users in India may pay in Indian Rupees (INR), while others may pay in their own local currency.
Stripe automatically handles currency conversion at checkout based on the user’s region and selected payment method.
Users must have a valid payment method (such as a credit card, debit card, or local payment option like UPI) registered to their account to make purchases on the platform.
To receive royalties or resale earnings, users must have a verified payout mechanism connected to their Kunda Box account (for example, a Stripe-verified payout account).
All royalties and resale proceeds are transferred in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the user’s payout account.
Depending on the user’s country and payout settings, these funds may be automatically converted by Stripe or their receiving bank into the local currency.
Conversion fees, foreign exchange rates, and bank transaction costs may apply and are determined by Stripe or the receiving financial institution.
Payouts are typically deposited within 1–3 business days after a transaction has been successfully processed.
If no valid payout account is on file, funds will remain on hold until the user adds and verifies their payout method.
Users can view their transaction history, including completed sales, pending payouts, and on-hold payments, directly from their profile dashboard.
If a transaction is on hold, users may attempt to re-process it once their payout information is up to date and verified.
All purchases on Kunda Box are final, except where required by law or under Stripe’s buyer protection policies.
Any refund, dispute, or chargeback will be handled securely through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.
Kunda Box reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or incomplete verification.
While we aim to process payouts within 1–3 business days, additional processing time may occur depending on Stripe, currency conversion, or banking network delays.
